VL500™ Series | |||||||

The Vari*Lite VL500 luminaire is based upon the Emmy® Award-winning VL5™ Wash Luminaire but with some significant improvements. Available in VL500, VL500D, VL500A and VL500 80V, the innovative DICHRO*TUNE radial colour mixing system employs three sets of 16 radially mounted dichroic filters designed to produce smooth, full spectrum colour cross fades. All VL500 luminaires are also available with Pastel versions of the standard colours allowing a softer colour palette often used in live theatre.

VL1000™ Series | |||||||

| The lighting industry's first fully automated ellipsoidal reflector spotlight. The VL1000 luminaire is available in several different versions including shutter; which includes an automated four blade shutter mechanism for complete framing control, and iris; which includes a beam size iris for aperture adjustment. When the production calls for cool colour tones and bright, intense light, designers turn to the VL1000A luminaire. With the automated framing shutters module light can be projected right to the edge of a sign, screen or scenic element without bleeding over. The VL1000A luminaire’s flexibility and affordable price make it ideal for budget-conscious producers who otherwise might not even consider automated lighting. Combining the warm colour temperature of tungsten lighting with outstanding colour control, the VL1000T luminaire is the right choice for theatre, television, film and more. In the West End, lighting designers select the VL1000T not only for it’s warm natural skin tones but also the convection cooling and quiet operation. The VL1000T also offers an internal electronic dimmer option.

VL2500™ Series | |||||||

| Vari*Lite have taken very popular existing tools - the VL2000 Spot and Wash - and improved upon them. With the new VL2500 Spot and Wash customers get all the popular features they love from the original Series 2000 fixtures with the added bonus of CMY colour mixing, glass dimmer wheel and dual strobe blades providing designers with smooth even dimming capability and lightning fast strobe. Combined with an 11 slot colour wheel the colour options are practically limitless. Designers recognize that Vari*Lite makes powerful lighting tools. The VL2500 Spot contains everything that really matters to designers - clarity of optics, exceptional zoom range, fast, smooth movement and powerful output, all at a most reasonable price.

VL3000™ Series | |||||||

| The VL3000 Spot and Wash set new benchmarks with superior colour and beam control. Three rotating gobos and effects wheels in the Spot allow designers to create images never possible before without affecting the intensity of the light, while the Wash produces a pure, bright light with no hot spots, that is consistent over large and small areas. The VL3500 Spot compliments the 1200w package by including an extraordinary shutter system consisting of four shutters on two planes which can be operated independently or in unison. All three of these fixtures are available in a ‘Q’ Quiet version which promotes noise reduction. The newest addition to the V*L Series 3000™ is the VL3500 Wash which has an output in excess of 50,000 lumens. An internal zoomable beam optic with either Fresnel or Buxom options, interchangeable front lens system and an aperture wheel are all standard on this 1500W luminaire. From any zoom position the VARI*BRITE™ mode can be enabled to offer a tight column of remarkably intense light making this the most versatile Wash on the market.
